A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Head of Estimating to join a leading main contractor delivering large rail and infrastructure projects across the UK. The Head of Estimating will join a dynamic, well regarded organisation that are involved with some of the UK's most exciting and prestigious infrastructure projects.
The Head of Estimating will report directly to the Pre Construction Director and join the businesses Senior Leadership team. You'll be tasked with developing a team of Estimators and Senior Estimators alongside assisting with the growth of the rail business unit and the wider UK business. This will include providing strategic direction, assisting with the development of others across the group and working closely with existing and future clients.
The Head of Estimating will be joining an ambitious and expanding organisation who are involved with a number of high profile and ongoing infrastructure projects across the UK. You'll be given an opportunity that includes a structured career path for progression, yearly pay and performance reviews and a competitive salary & package that includes:

Candidates considering this opportunity must have experience in the following areas:
- At least 10 years experience with a leading main contractor in an estimating capacity
- A proven track record of working on large infrastructure or rail projects
- Familiar with rail terminology
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
