Head of Operations, Lancashire
£Generous Base Salary + Package
We are currently working with a financial services firm located in Lancashire (Wigan/Chorley/Preston/Blackburn or perhaps NW Manchester areas would be best located for daily commute) who are keen to meet and discuss with well-rounded Operational Managers about a great role they currently have open.
Based in the office in Lancashire you will play a key role in working across 4 key areas of the business on equal measures, these being Marketing, HR, Finance and IT.
Working with these 4 separate business units to ensure they run smoothly and effectively, and helping with improvements and upgrades when required.
Ideally you will have some experience of working within the finance space, however more important is that you have excellent general operational management experience, and enjoy working and developing business units covering IT, Marketing, HR and Finance. Please note we are not looking for someone with CIPD qualifications, this is not a HR role, this is a general operational management positions encompassing these 4 areas.
