The Human Factors (HF) team within the Product Development & Engineering group forms a critical link in the capability to offer end to end innovation, proof of concept, prototyping and later stage development/product lifecycle services. You will be working with a diverse range of clients that span life sciences, FMCG, consumer electronics and many more industry verticals, the HF team supports our client base across their product development activities.

This is an exciting opportunity to work directly with engineers and designers to really bridge the gap between product development and customer experience.

Candidate profile:

We are ideally looking for candidates with an Educational background in Human Factors, Psychology, Human-Centred Design or similar that already have some industrial product development experience.

We work extensively in the healthcare and life Sciences sectors, so candidates that have experience working with medical devices or diagnostics would be welcome; although the client base extends across all industry sectors.

You should have a track record of organising and delivering product evaluation workshops and producing insightful reports that can inform the product development and evaluation process.

We welcome Human Factors professionals who want to embrace new testing and evaluation methodologies and are passionate enough to encourage clients to adopt new ways of thinking about Human Factors as a service.

This would really suit someone who enjoys direct client and user interaction and who wants to be an important part of the product design and engineering service offering.
