Integrated Marketing Manager needed for a world-renowned organisation who are the top manufacturers and developers of oncology products based in the Crawley area. The Integrated Marketing Manager is responsible for creating and executing comprehensive and fully integrated marketing programs to support both the business lines and regional marketing teams across the organisation. You will utilise a mix of PR, creative, digital marketing, events, and social media to create the story and take to market.

The successful Integrated Marketing Manager will ideally come from a B2B environment, degree educated in an associated subject, with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience. Knowledge of the healthcare / medical devices sector would be a big bonus and you must be confident working across multiple cultures and nationalities in a leadership role.

Some of the main duties of the Integrated Marketing Manager will include:

• Work with the Business Lines and Regions to identify need, opportunity, and market demand.
• Create and support the creation of marketing and communications plans for each business line and region to work proactively.
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns tailored to specific audiences
• Partner with product and regional marketers, product owners and sales teams to develop integrated marketing strategies and plans to support product and regional activities.
• Be the go-to person for all owned marketing projects from inception to execution.
• Manage kick-off meetings, identify needs and methods to achieve goals and marketing/creative brief and collaborate with internal and external services to deliver.
• Orchestrate the creation and execution of global integrated campaigns considering demand generation and ROI.
• Strive for continual performance optimisation on all campaigns, continually learning from previous campaigns and striving for a tangible ROMI
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and aligned to the overall marketing plan.
• Strong allegiance to the brand and a continued ability to execute the brand vision through careful execution of the design, messaging, voice and approach to all projects.
• Stay on top of industry best-practices and immediate competition to stay relevant and remain competitive with all projects.

What experience you need to be the successful Integrated Marketing Manager:

• Relevant marketing qualification preferred
• Minimum 5 years marketing experience, preferably in B2B
• Experience in healthcare, medical technology is desirable but not essential
• Strong leadership and ability to influence easily
• Cross channel experience especially in a digital space
• Experience working in a matrixed, global organization
• Experience working across different cultures and nationalities.
• Travel required up to 10% of the time, some is international
