Integration Business Lead

The successful candidate will join a prominent international company within the Global Technology Standards and Capabilities for Transportation team that aims to make the best technology decisions for the future. The team focuses on analytics, applications, architectures, end-to-end integrations and innovation.

The project will allow for visibility within the supply chain for a new pharmaceutical product line as well as larger programs, such as Lighthouse, Gateway, Bridge etc. The candidate will be crucial to the project's success and will interface with both internal and external business and technology partners.

The ideal Integration Business Lead will:

• Lead and execute a digital transformation of key business processes and systems within pharmaceutical transportation. Enables digital solution capabilities that enable operational and data science abilities and processes.
• Enthusiastic when discussing end-to-end visibility, business and technology process integration and data harmonization.
• Be comfortable working independently while also maintaining a collaborative mentality.
• Propel the implementation agenda through anticipating and responding to business needs that enable insights that create tangible business value.
• Be able to align all stakeholders to ensure that planned solutions get implemented as designed in a timely manner.
• Have strong problem-solving skills. Also, an ability to estimate required effort and prioritize appropriately is necessary.
• Have an understanding of Agile project methodology and Lean Thinking.
• Have an ability to deep dive into the intricacies of design but can also look at the big picture from a business perspective.

Desired Experience:

• 10+ years of IT / Business combination experience with a good knowledge of Supply Chain processes and working closely with business leaders in global information-intensive industries or digitally advanced enterprises, preferably health care.
• A proven track record of leading high-profile projects within a matrixed environment with changing requirements, demanding deadlines and limited resources.
• Strong knowledge of business process mapping, master data management, system connectivity and integration frameworks.
• Experience in implementing complex supply chain and transportation platforms/tools.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Master's degree or higher.
• Strong business English communication skills, stakeholder management and influencing skills - particularly in adoption of new ways of thinking.
• Knowledge in emerging digital technology, including big data analytics, Internet of Things (IoT) and machine learning.
• SAP ERP processes is highly preferred (S&D).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and Data Visualization Tools. Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies and best practices such as Xray, Jira, MS Projects, Azure and PowerBi.
• Organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
• Strong leadership abilities.
