An exciting opportunity has arisen for an intermediate level Planning Engineer to join a leading main contractor who operate nationally providing their private and public sector clients with construction solutions. . They are an award winning contractor with an established reputation for consistent delivery of outstanding projects across all market sectors.
The Planning Engineer will be site based on a recently won build project valued at £70m in North London. They will work closely with the Project Manager and play a key role in the delivery of the project. With support from the senior planning team they will be responsible for the planning function on the project.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Planning Engineer with a background in the UK building industry to take a step up in responsibility by leading their own project. They will join a company who offer industry leading training and opportunities to develop their career within the business.
Candidate
- Minimum of 4 years construction planning experience
- Hold a qualification in construction - degree / HNC / HND
- Good knowledge of construction techniques
- Competent user of Asta Powerporject
- UK main contracting background
- Strong communication skills
- Team player
