An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an Intermediate Planning Engineer to join a leading main contractor based in the City of London. They will join a top name in the construction industry, a company with a rich history in delivering a range of complex building projects for their private and public sector clients.
The Intermediate Planning Engineer will join an experienced team of 5 other Planning Engineers and they will report into the Planning Manager. They will have a very varied workload, they will be involved on projects from cradle to crave, producing competitive tender programmes and taking the projects through to site and completion.
The company boasts a very strong order book and they are currently receiving a high volume of tender enquiries, hence the need to bolster their planning capabilities. They work across a wide range of build sectors including Commercial, Education, Residential, Healthcare & Mixed Use, project typically valued between £10-50m - in addition they have places on a number of large frameworks.
Candidate
- Minimum of 3 years construction planning experience
- Main contracting background
- Hold a relevant construction qualification
- Site based experience
- Good understanding of different forms of contract
- Team player
- Strong communication skills
On offer is a competitive salary of between £60-75,000 per annum plus an attractive benefits package including £7,000 car allowance, pension, healthcare, life assurance, private medical and other great benefits.
