Investment Development Analyst, Netherlands

German based real estate investment team are experiencing a period of growth and looking to attract an experienced analyst to the business who will be based in the Netherlands with the ability to work remotely.
It is expected that you will be educated to a high standard, and have gained experience of working within the real estate market.
The role will involve working with the firms European developers and capital markets team, running development appraisals and producing investment models. To also run investment committee papers and moving internal processes to approval. The company are established, successful and able to offer job security and the potential to grow your career as the business expands.
