About Us:

My client is the single contractor providing specialist Waterfront In-Service Support to one of the Royal Navy's Submarine Programs. The company provides the Ministry of Defence (MoD) with safe, efficient and responsive support. My client is also responsible for the management of operations at RNAD Coulport.

The Role:

So, what will you be doing as a IT Systems Administrator?

This is an exciting new role to provide IT support to our customers new IT system that will provide critical training to support the Royal Navy's outputs.

You will be required to install and maintain computer hardware and software in an office and classroom environment. You will ensure that the Learning Management Systems remain secure, up to date and available for use. With this role you will be required to work closely with our customer and provide outstanding customer experience. You will come from a previous background of providing IT support from both a desktop and server support perspective..

This position will require you to undertake shift work as there is a requirement to provide IT classroom support from 06:00 until 00:00 Monday to Friday.

What are we looking for in our next IT Systems Administrator?

• Previous experience of working in an ITIL environment
• Windows Desktop support using either Windows 10 or Windows 11
• Support to Windows Server 2019 and above including system patching and malware updates
• Create and maintain user accounts within Active Directory
• Manage network components including workstation cable patching
