Junior 2nd Line Support Engineer

Junior 2nd Line Support Engineer required for a large multi-national company based in Croydon, to join their growing team.
The experienced Junior 2nd Line Support Engineer will have an in-depth knowledge of Office 365 and Windows network. The successful candidate will be accurate, reliable and consistently provide a high level of customer service and desirably have a relevant degree - i.e Computer science.
This is an exciting role with a well-established organisation who can offer career progression, this role will include travel within the local area for client visits when required.
Some of the main duties of the Junior 2nd Line Support Engineer will include:
- Answering enquires via email and telephone
- Raise support tickets
- 2nd point of IT issue escalations
- Escalate to 3rd line if required
What experience you need to be successful Junior 2nd Line Support Engineer:
- Windows Network
- End user Support
- Office 365 experience
- Computer/hardware support
- Sharepoint experience useful
- PowerShell scripting experience useful
