Lifecycle Project Manager needed for a well-known Facilities Management organisation based in Manchester who are looking to employ an experienced and well-rounded Lifecycle Project Manager that takes pride in their work with an in-depth experience in delivering medium-to-large scale lifecycle or construction projects, ideally in a healthcare PFI environment.

What the role entails:
Some of the main duties of the Lifecycle Project Manager will include:
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle, variation, and small works projects across the PFI estate.
- Act as the main liaison between the organisation, NHS Trust stakeholders, subcontractors, and SPV partners.
- Coordinate condition surveys, interpret data, and develop robust annual lifecycle plans.
- Oversee all aspects of project governance, approval processes, commercial documentation, and reporting.
- Ensure full compliance with CDM regulations, healthcare standards, and ISO requirements.
- Drive project delivery to meet key performance indicators (KPIs), SLAs, timelines, and budgets.
- Promote a strong safety culture across all teams and partners on site.
- Identify and propose value-added initiatives to enhance client satisfaction and service excellence.
What experience you need to be the successful Lifecycle Project Manager:
- Proven experience delivering medium-to-large scale lifecycle or construction projects, ideally in a healthcare PFI environment.
- Strong understanding of CDM regulations and health & safety compliance.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
- Degree-qualified or able to demonstrate equivalent project delivery experience.
- Organised, solutions-oriented, and confident working autonomously.
