We are collaborating with a client who is designing and constructing a major Infrastructure project in Birmingham. It's a thrilling period to join us as we are at the peak of construction, focusing on a wide range of structures.

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Managing Quantity Surveyor to join our Commercial team, based on site in Birmingham, West Midlands.

Role

A Managing Quantity Surveyor will be managing all costs from the initial calculations to the final figures, minimising the costs of the project and enhancing value for money.

Requirements

• BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with NEC contracts.
• Background in working on large infrastructure projects.
• Experience in civil engineering projects.
• Membership of RICS, ICES, or CIOB.
