£50,000 - £60,000 depending on experience + 10% performance bonus

Manufacturing Manager needed for an established engineering organisation based in the Crewe area.

What the role of the Manufacturing Manager entails:

Some of the main duties of the Manufacturing Manager will include:

• Development and delivery of our Production Plan - optimising output whilst maintaining safety,quality, manning and training compliance
• Accountability for achieving the Case manufacturing annual budgets, including labour, general and capital purchases
• Responsible for leading, developing and motivating your staff within the Manufacturing teams
• Overall accountability for people and process performance across Case manufacturing including discipline, development, supervision, time management/attendance for the production cycle

What experience you need to be the successful Manufacturing Manager:

Essential:

• Leading manufacturing operations, in a high volume, metal forming, target driven lean environment
• Proven change management abilities, vision & drive to challenge the status quo
• Leads with a 'Safety First' mindset

Desirable:

• Qualified NEBOSH/IOSH
• Demonstrable understanding and application of CI tools and techniques

In order to be eligible for this role you will need to undergo Security Clearance Background Checks that require you to be a UK resident and UK passport holder.
