We are working with an established Financial Services business located in Dusseldorf who are exploring the market and looking to add to their professional services team with the addition of someone who can support and work closely with the business development/client relations team.
The role will suit candidates who reside in Dusseldorf who are perhaps at the relative early stage of their career and currently working in the financial services sector.
It is essential that applicants are fluent in both German (ideally native or C1/C2) and English.
The role will involve the following which will offer a broad and varied work load and scope to grow and develop across various areas of the industry:
- In general the role will be that of overseeing the management of the teams marketing materials and support new business generation.
- Managing client portfolios and complying with client and company requirements to deliver excellent services.
- Managing client relationships and product offers.
- Identify business opportunities, preparing marketing materials & decks and manage client communication & follow ups.
- Onboarding new clients and projects (incl. managing the KYC & signing processes).
- Support market research to identify and establish contact with new clients or client groups.
- Support in administrating, branding, and maintaining the company's image on social and business platforms.
- Support in the preparation, reviewing and setup of business contracts and agreements.
- Preparing presentation materials and pitches for prospective clients.
- Monitoring tender platforms, providing feedback/reports.
- Performing due diligence on new clients, requesting KYC information, documentation, review, and verification of received documentation.
- Periodical review of KYC records as to completeness, including verifying that due diligence has been performed and that CBC (due diligence) standards are complied with and that the files and risk assessments are current and up to date.
- Be the primary contact for the CRM system/manage entries and data accuracy.
