An exciting new opportunity has arisen for an MEP Quantity Surveyor to join a specialist building services contractor on site in Suffolk. The MEP Quantity Surveyor will be joining an experienced team and supporting them with the delivery of a complex project for a major government organisation.

The MEP Quantity Surveyor will be working closely with the Commercial Manager and some of your key duties will include:

• Manage commercial risks & opportunities across the project
• Ensure accurate records are maintained in order to maximise contractual entitlements
• Work closely with the operational teams and advise them on contractual risks, contract terms and conditions
• Manage subcontract accounts from procurement through to final accounts
• Provide accurate internal reporting
• Support junior members of the commercial team with their own progression and development

MEP Quantity Surveyors considering this opportunity will need to have previous experience working on either mechanical or electrical installations either for a specialist sub contractor or main contractor. You'll need excellent communication skills, a 'can do' attitude and live within Suffolk or Norfolk.
