An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a Planning Engineer who possess or who would qualify for with SC or DV level security clearance to join the growing Project Controls Division of an award winning Construction Consultancy. The Planning Engineer will join an established business who provide their clients with a range of construction services and advice on technically challenging and high profile projects.
The Planning Engineer will work closely with one of their key clients, a major defence contractor. They will provide them with planning and projects services, they will be responsible for running an integrated schedule of all design, procurement, construction/ installation and commissioning elements on this long term project.
The Planning Engineer will split their time between home working or London HQ (when permitted) and their clients offices based in Reading. The Planning Engineer will be provided with support from senior management team and a clear route to develop their career.
The Planning Engineer will need to be capable of grabbing hold of a large schedule and running it fairly independently. They will ideally have previous experience as a Planning Engineer in a process engineering sector. In addition they must be a UK national who either possess or would qualify for SC or DV level security clearance, strong client facing skills and be proficient users of Primavera P6 planning software.
