Portfolio Manager needed for a Renewable Energy Company who are looking to employ an experienced and well-rounded Performance Analyst that takes pride in their work undertaking tasks.
Some of the main duties of the Portfolio Manager will include:
- Operate as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to your clients
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Develop a trusted relationship with key accounts along with internal & external stakeholders
- Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports on account status
- Take ownership with high severity requests or issue escalations and see through to conclusion
- Attend frequent face to face meetings and conference calls with customers, ensuring that technical expectations can be appropriately addressed.
- Management of Account Administration
What experience you need to be the Successful Portfolio Manager:
- Electrical Engineering & technical ability with renewable equipment/installations
- Experience from a service sector organisation
- Commercial and contractual experience is advantageous
- Experience in delivering client focused solutions based on needs
- Previous experience in the management of people
