Brief:
Production Operator needed for a multinational financial organisation based in Buckinghamshire who are looking to employ an experienced and Electrically minded Production Operator that takes pride in their work with an in-depth knowledge of electrical systems such as; Wiring looms, Cables, and Connectors. If you have experience within this field and meet the relevant criteria, we would love to hear from you!
The successful Production Operator would require:
- Ability to achieve SC clearance (must be a British national)
- MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Working Knowledge of IFS ERP an advantage
- Able to use various inspection equipment such as verniers, mics, DTI, shadow graphs etc
- Working knowledge of ISO9001:2015
- Knowledge of AQAP / Def Stans is an advantage
- Knowledge of IPC-A-610 / 620

What the role entails:
Some of the main duties of the Production Operator will include:
- Carry out activities related to goods-in/out Inspection, stage inspection, first off inspection and final inspection
- Develop inspection control plans ADHOC needed
- Carry out any inhouse calibration activities
- Maintain and deliver training awareness modules relevant to your function
- Attend daily production reviews which inspection contributes too
- Work collaboratively with production with effective feedback relating to any trends identified within inspection performance
- Maintain Documentation for Inspection processes
- Feedback any concerns relating to supplier product conformance
- On site present 5 days per week
