Brief

To provide to provide valuable support to the PMO team to help them function as effectively as possible, by coordinating project reporting, collating project financial information, and providing general project support.

What the role entails:

Some of the main duties of the Project Coordinator will include:

• Updating project plans on Microsoft Project in line with the direction from the PMs
• Pulling financial information from the business systems / tools and putting into defined reporting formats
• Supporting the PMs to complete their weekly project reports of project status
• Adding project information onto the business management system and ensuring key project data is maintained and kept accurate
• Supporting the PMs to compile project gateway packs in Microsoft Project, including liaising and obtaining content from all departments of the business
• Shadowing the PMs to provide direct project support as required
• Delivering orders from the business management system and supporting the Finance department and PMs with any necessary support surrounding Customer interaction over invoicing

What experience you need to be the successful Project Coordinator:

• Use of Microsoft, including Microsoft Project
• Ideally experience of using SAP or equivalent business management tools.
• Good communication skills - working with Customers and supporting presentations to internal stakeholders
