Project Commercial Manager

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Project Commercial Manager with a background in construction to join a leading name in the construction industry delivering a £40m mixed use new build and refurbishment project in Aberdeen.
The Project Commercial Manager will be supporting a site based team of surveyors of varying abilities and tasked with taking the project through pre construction and then overseeing the construction phases over the following 18 months. You'll be working closely with the design team, estimators and the client before moving to site and supporting your team with subcontract management, contract negotiations and all the associated reporting.
The Project Commercial Manager will need to have a background in UK main contracting, strong contract knowledge and site based experience within the commercial, mixed use, leisure and education sectors. You'll also need to live near to Aberdeen or be willing to work there during the week.
