Central London
12 Month Fixed Term Contract
I have a rare and very exciting opportunity for a Project Manager from either a Building Surveying or Construction Project Management background to join a clientside organisation in Central London. This fantastic opportunity will include the refurbishment and maintenance of many listed, Grade 1 buildings including residential buildings, offices, stables, workshops, garages and store rooms across Central London.
As the Project Manager, you'll be tasked with overseeing the delivery of complex, high value and exciting projects from start to finish. Your role will include the management of onsite contractors and suppliers, stakeholder engagement, liaising with architects and consultants and working closely with government departments, local authorities and the police.
Alongside the opportunity to work for this established, international brand, you'll also be offered a competitive salary & package that includes:

Project Managers considering this opportunity will need to have experience as either a Building Surveyor or Construction Project Manager alongside a relevant degree and excellent communication skills.
