An exciting opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor with a keen interest in construction claims & dispute resolution has arisen with a busy, privately owned practice in Central London.
The successful Quantity Surveyor will be working closely with 3 Senior Consultants, providing a number of services to main contractors across London & the South East. Some of these services will include:
- Claims preparation work
- Supporting the senior team with the preparation of Expert services
- Instructing solicitors where necessary
- Providing quantum analysis
- Offering contract advice
- Providing a variety of pre & post contract quantity surveying services
In return, the Quantity Surveyor will be offered an opportunity that includes the support of an experienced team where you'll be learning 'on the job' with exposure to variety of projects for the UK's top tier main contractors. You'll also be offered a competitive salary & package that includes:

Quantity Surveyors considering this opportunity will need to have previous experience working for a UK based main contractor or consultancy and capable of showing that you have had exposure to claims & dispute management work. You'll also need excellent communication skills and have either completed or be working towards a MSc in Construction Law.
