A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Quantity Surveyor with at least 4 years of post qualified experience to join a busy, well regarded construction and property consultancy in Central London. The Quantity Surveyor will be joining one of a number of teams in their London office and given the opportunity to work on a wide range of exciting projects from the refurbishment of high specification, mixed use developments and private hospitals through to the construction of sports stadiums, luxury hotels, offices and leisure facilities.
The Quantity Surveyor will be working closely with an Assistant Surveyor, Senior Surveyor and Partner whilst providing a variety of services to multiple clients including:
- Cost estimation and budgeting
- Cost control and monitoring
- Value engineering
- Risk assessment, management and mitigation
- Tendering & procurement

Quantity Surveyor considering this opportunity will need to have:
