Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting feasibility studies to assess the viability of projects.
- Preparing detailed tender documentation and managing the tender process.
- Performing risk assessments to identify potential project challenges and mitigations.
- Undertaking cost analysis and budgeting to ensure projects are delivered within financial constraints.
- Providing expert advice on contractual matters and procurement strategies.
- Collaborating closely with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably in a consultancy environment.
- Strong knowledge of feasibility studies, tendering processes, risk assessment, and cost analysis.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., RICS accreditation) are highly desirable.
