We are working with a highly respected multidisciplinary consultancy, established for over 40 years, specializing in commercial management, planning, dispute resolution, and expert witness services. With an increasing workload across London, they are seeking a driven Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding team.
Role Overview:
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will work alongside a Senior Consultant, gaining invaluable exposure to high-profile projects in infrastructure and building sectors. You will play a key role in the entire claims and dispute resolution process, developing expertise in forensic analysis and expert witness work. This role is ideal for a proactive individual keen to advance in this niche but rewarding sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed forensic analysis of tender, claims, and contract documents.
- Support the preparation of loss & expense claims and adjudication documentation.
- Assist in drafting expert witness reports, outlining processes, findings, and recommendations.
- Provide strategic advice throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with the management team on broader business needs, ensuring successful project outcomes.
