Quantity Surveyor (CONTRACT)

£400 to £430 per day (INSIDE IR35)
We have a 3-24 month contract opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join a leading residential developer with a large project in Bracknell and another in Stevenage.
The Quantity Surveyor will be site based and working closely with a professional commercial team, overseeing the delivery of the project from start to finish.
Quantity Surveyors considering this role will need to have previous experience working for residential developer alongside excellent communication skills and strong contract knowledge.
This role falls within the IR35 regulations and the rate on offer will be paid via an umbrella company.
