Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor looking for your next challenge?

We're working with a large, privately owned main contractor, renowned for delivering complex, high-value new build and refurbishment projects across London. They are seeking a talented Quantity Surveyor to join their team as the number 2 on an impressive £140m cut and carve office fit-out project in Central London.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Senior Quantity Surveyor in managing the commercial aspects of the project.
• Oversee cost planning, contract administration, and procurement.
• Manage subcontractor accounts, including valuations, payments, and final accounts.
• Ensure accurate forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Work collaboratively with project teams to drive the project forward.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor on high-value (£20m+) office fit-out, cut and carve, or refurbishment projects in the UK.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts and commercial management.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• A proactive approach with strong attention to detail.
