£450 to £550 a day | Long Term Contract
A long term contract opportunity has arisen with a busy London based consultancy working within Construction Claims & Dispute Resolution.
The Quantity Surveyor will be working closely with a member of the Senior Management team and tasked with supporting their clients on a number of large building projects across the capital. Your role will be to assist the Project Team and help manage a number of commercial issues (i.e. claims) and provide troubleshooting advice and solutions to the client.
Quantity Surveyors considering this opportunity will need to have previous experience working on construction claims and disputes and a background of working on large building projects.
This is a contract position, outside of IR35 and potentially for a period of 3-6 months, if not longer. You'll be required in their offices and on site 5 days a week.
