An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Quantity Surveyor at AD level to join an established and well regarded construction cost consultancy at their offices in the City of London. The successful Quantity Surveyor will be joining an experienced and friendly team, working closely with one of the businesses 5 partners and tasked with delivering a variety of large, complex projects across London and the South East.

The Quantity Surveyor will be tasked with developing a small team, building long lasting and trusting relationships with a number of exciting clients and taking projects from feasibility through to settlement of final accounts. Some of your other duties will include contract administration and acting as an employers agent.

The successful Quantity Surveyor will be joining a forward thinking and friendly team with a solid client base that includes BlackRock, British Land, Derwent London, Helical Barr, Frogmore and many others. You'll also be offered a competitive salary & package that includes:

Quantity Surveyors considering this opportunity must have previous experience working is a cost consultancy environment and with previous experience of managing large construction projects. You'll need first class communication skills and a drive to take your career forward.
