We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team working on the prestigious Infrastructure project. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing the contractual aspects of the project, ensuring the successful delivery of this landmark infrastructure development.

The Role:
So, what will you be doing as a Quantity Surveyor (Change)?
- Accountable to a Project Manager or Commercial Manager for overseeing pertinent commercial elements within a project section.
- Possesses extensive understanding and hands-on experience with contractual, commercial, insurance, and legal procedures.
- Implements effective client relationship management strategies to facilitate the seamless commercial advancement of the contract(s).
- Maintains a consistently high level of both commercial and technical expertise, collaborating closely with the delivery team to devise techniques and solutions aligned with business and customer requirements.
- Drafts subcontract invitations for tender, assesses tender submissions, and provides recommendations for subcontract appointments, ensuring accurate and timely execution
What are we looking for in our next Quality Surveyor (Change) ?
- BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying or experience equivalent
- Membership of RICS, ICES or CIOB
- Previous experience working in a civils/infrastructure project as a Quantity Surveyor.
- Change management experience.
