Quantity Surveyor (Claims)
Central London
£550 to £800 a day | Long Term Contract
Previous UK based construction claims experience is essential for this role.
A long term contract opportunity has arisen with a busy London based consultancy working within Construction Claims & Dispute Resolution.
The Quantity Surveyor will be working closely with the senior leadership team and working on their own portfolio of work which will be centred around construction claims and taking that claim through from start to finish. The Quantity Surveyor will need a solid understanding of the construction claims process and be able to provide the client with advice and guidance to ensure a successful outcome.
Quantity Surveyors considering this opportunity will need to have previous experience working on construction claims and disputes and a background of working on large building projects within the UK. You'll also need excellent communication skills, available to start in August and happy to work in London 2-3 days a week with the remaining time spent working remotely.
This is a contract position, outside of IR35 and for a period of 6+ months. The rate on offer is up to £800 per day. Candidates seeking the top end of this rate must have relevant construction claims experience within the UK.
