Real Estate, Associate Strategic Advisor
London, c£80,000 - c£110,000 + Bonus
London based Real Estate Consultancy are exploring the market to appoint a forward thinking, client customer engaging, strategic thinking Advisor whose focus will be to provide support to a range of public sector entities on high level decision making.
What the firm are looking for:
First and foremost will be a broad knowledge base relating to strategies across the UK Real Estate sector.
Currently hold a similar role whereby Client care is of the utmost importance.
Excellent relationship building skills with strong examples.
Educated to degree level.
Described by peers as entrepreneurial and commercial.
Possess a track record of overcoming objectives and problem solving.
Private Practice experience.
The overall objective of the role will involve identifying opportunities and unlocking value and improving efficiency to clients, liaising and acting as a key point of contact to a wide network of across the firm's client base.
