We are searching for an ambitious and motivated Renewable Energy Graduate to join a leading renewable energy organisation based in Cornwall!
This is an exciting opportunity for a Renewable Energy Graduate to join a growing operations and maintenance team!
Job: Renewable Energy Graduate (Operations & Maintenance)
Type: Permanent (Monday - Friday)

Renewable Energy Graduate Responsibilities
- Monitor and assess all renewable energy sites under asset management through online platforms
- Review and evaluate site inspection reports, offering constructive feedback on solutions
- Compile site data and relevant obligations for effective scheduling
- Generate comprehensive client reports post-engineering inspections
- Provide feedback on site performance to enhance ongoing operations
- Coordinate with clients, Distribution Network Operators (DNOs) and external consultants
- Maintain a proactive approach towards problem-solving and achievement of goals
- Coordinate with Operations and Maintenance (O&M) team and provide updates on works carried out by engineers
- Liasing with Landowners and clients to provide necessary site access to carry out works.
Renewable Energy Graduate Requirements:
- Minimum of one year's experience working with commercial Solar PV Systems
- Methodical, accurate, precise and process-driven mindset
- Demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills, both internally and externally
- Degree-qualified in renewable energy, environmental studies, planning and related field
- Exhibit exceptional report-writing skills and a methodical approach to tasks
- Renewable Energy industry knowledge and experience
- Proficient using Excel
- UK Driver's Licence
- CAD Experience - Desired
