We are looking for a motivated, organised and ambitious Renewable Energy Operations & Maintenance Graduate to join out forward-thinking renewable energy team based in Cornwall!
Position Title: Operations & Maintenance - Graduate

Job Description:
- Monitoring, reviewing and assessing renewable energy sites under management through online platforms.
- Reviewing site inspection reports and offering solution-based feedback
- Compiling site data and relevant obligations for effective scheduling
- Generating client reports following engineer inspections
- Providing feedback on site performance to drive ongoing operational enhancements
- Collaborating with clients, DNOs and external consultants
- Embracing a solution-oriented and goal-driven approach
- Liaising with the Operations & Maintenance (O&M) team, providing updates on work carried out by engineers
- Liaising with landowners and clients to provide access to carry out works
Essential Requirements:
- Minimum 1 years' experience working on commercial PV systems
- Methodical, accurate, precise and process-driven mindset
- Excellent communication and organisational skills both internally and externally
- Degree-qualified in planning, renewable energy, environmental or associated area
- Exceptional report-writing skills and a methodical approach
- Proficient in Excel
- Driving Licence
Desired Skills:
- Renewable energy industry knowledge and experience.
- CAD experience
