Gold Group is a well-established and successful recruitment company based in East Grinstead, West Sussex, with a strong team of over 40 recruitment consultants, Delivery Consultants and support team. Due to our continued growth, we have an opportunity for a Resourcer / Reseracher / Search Consultant / Delivery Consultant to join the Delivery Team supporting the needs of our major accounts within the life sciences / Pharmaceutical industry.
As a Resourcer / Delivery Consultant will be working within a dynamic team of Delivery Consultants and Account Managers who have forged a number of robust relationships with clients, who continue to require our support to fill their vacancies
The key part of your role as a Resourcer / Delivery Consultant will be:
- Sourcing prospective candidates using various platforms
- Being proactive and innovative in your approach to locating candidates who may not be in the market for a career change
- Conducting telephone interviews to establish suitability for various roles
- Advertise vacancies through job boards and social media
As a Resourcer / Delivery Consultant you should have the following:
- An engaging telephone manner with good conversation skills
- Be able to work independently and as part of a team
- Have the ability to prioritise and plan your workload
- Ability to adapt to an often demanding and fast paced environment
- Good attention to detail
- Self-motivated and organised
- Ideally Degree qualified with sales experience
