2nd Line Support Engineer
2nd Line Support Engineer is required for a small MSP based in Leeds. This position requires you to be well versed in technology with an in-depth knowledge of second line support including Office 365, Microsoft Office, Windows Servers and Network Switching.
If you have experience in VLAN, Firewalls and Routers that would be a real bonus.
The successful 2nd Line Support Engineer should have a keen interest in IT, have worked in an MSP environment previously. and be educated to degree level or equivalent in Computer Science or Computing
