Senior Commercial Building Surveyor
London, £45,000 - £55,000 + Compensation Package
Leading property agent based in Central London are expanding their commercial team and looking to attract an experienced Building Surveyor.
The role will involve working on acquisition surveys and due diligence investigations across the commercial space as well as across retail and sheds.
Carrying out construction monitoring services on behalf of funders or developers to assess the specification, quality, cost, programme, and compliance, with the client's specific requirements.
Carrying out contract administration of repair, maintenance and refurbishment works on commercial properties (industrial, office and retail) to ensure that the process is planned, designed and managed with the aim of keeping the project within programme and budget.
Preparation of Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedules.
Providing expert advice in all Dilapidations matters.
Carry out measured surveys and prepare Fire Insurance (Reinstatement) Cost Assessments in readiness for insurance renewal programmes.
We are looking to engage with Building Surveyors in London who have experience in the above and also experience of managing and administering small to medium size (£0.5M to £10M) construction, refurbishment and fit out projects.
You will ideally have 5 years' post grad experience.
