Title: Senior Planning Engineer (Consultancy)
Location: Central London (2/3 days office based, remainder working remote)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Planning Engineer with four plus years of experience to join a leading name in the construction industry, an international consultancy based out of modern offices in Central London.
The Senior Planning Engineer will join an established team and will be involved on a wide range of complex clients for UK and international clients. Projects include metro projects, railway infrastructure, airports, major highways, waste to energy plants, flood defence schemes to name a few.
The Senior Planning Engineer will be responsible for providing constructability reviews and supporting the design teams that are usually at the early design phase.
The successful candidate must be capable of building a programme from first principles and have a solid understanding of construction processes and techniques. Additionally, be competent users of Primavera P6, have strong commercial awareness and possess excellent communication skills.
Candidate
- Minimum of four years planning experience
- Ability to build a programme from first principles
- Solid understanding of construction process and techniques
- Proficient in the use of either Asta Powerproject or Primavera P6 planning software
- Possess excellent communication skills
This is a hybrid opportunity, split between office circa 2 days in Central London with the remainder of the week working from home.
