Salary: £90-£105,000 + package
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Planning Engineer to join a leading main contractor based in Central London. The company is a top name in the UK construction industry who have an unrivalled track record in delivering construction solutions to private and public sector clients. They are an established business that are extremely busy and as a result need to reinforce their planning capabilities.
Renowned for delivering high-profile projects across diverse building sectors, this is your opportunity to play a key role in both tender and contract planning. You'll leverage your expertise to develop competitive tender programmes and detailed contract schedules, ensuring projects are planned and executed to the highest standards. From concept to completion, your skills will shape the success of a wide range of innovative and complex builds.
The Senior Planning Engineer will be a key member of the regional construction division in London and be responsible for overseeing projects from cradle to grave. They will be involved on a broad range of projects that cover a number of sectors including Commercial, Towers, Healthcare, Mixed Use, Life Sciences, Hotel & Leisure which are typically valued between £80-400m.

Candidate
- Must have construction planning experience which has been gained within a main contracting environment.
- Demonstrate experience working on projects at both tender and contract stages.
- Proficient in the use of Asta Powerproject
- Solid understanding of the construction process and techniques.
- Hold a construction related qualification - HNC/HND/Degree
- Possess strong communication skills
