Senior Planning Engineer

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Planning Engineer to join a leading developer on a major project in West London.

The Senior Planning Engineer will be site based on an exciting major mixed development which consists of 1,000 new homes, leisure centre and retail space which is due for completion in 2027.

The Senior Planning Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the construction programme in Asta Powerproject. They will work very closely with the Project Director and ensure the construction programme is communicated effectively to the site team.

The successful candidate will have circa 10 years of experience working on complex residential schemes with the past 5 years as a Senior Planning Engineer. They must have strong Asta Powerproject skills, have a very good knowledge of construction techniques & processes and possess strong communication skills.

• 10 years experience working on complex residential schemes
• Min 5 years experience acting as Senior Planner
• Proficient user of Asta Powerproject
• Strong understanding of construction processes and techniques
• Excellent communication skills
