£50,000 to £65,000 + package
An exciting opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor has arisen with a leading main contractor working on HS2 in West London. The opportunity promises security of work and exposure to a variety of projects, typically focused around utilities services with individual project costs of £5m - £20m.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be joining a growing team and working closely with the Commercial Manager and on the full life cycle of each project. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Sub-contract management on gas, water, power and utilities projects
- Cost reporting
- Issuing payments
- Supporting the Quantity Surveyor with his development
- Providing support to the Commercial Manager
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be given an opportunity that includes exposure to one of the largest infrastructure projects in Western Europe alongside the support of an approachable, friendly and knowledgeable commercial leadership team.
