£70,000 - £100,000 Plus Bonus

Experienced Real Estate Investment Broker required by a Central London based Real Estate firm, to sit within an established and successful advisory team focusing on the purchase of office space across the city.
As a Real Estate Investment Broker, you will be responsible for:
- Assisting with activities involved in the purchase and sale of office properties on behalf of investors.
- Sourcing investment opportunities
- Carrying out due diligence investigations including the measurement of a property, reading leases etc.
- Compiling purchase reports where successful negotiation has taken place.
- Undertaking valuations of commercial properties for sale and purchase.
- Analysis of potential investment including IRR as well as the analysis of market information, updating and maintaining rental and investment transaction databases.
