Brief

Site Agent needed for a nationwide construction organisation based in London who are looking to employ an experienced Site Agent join their Structures division. You will be working on major, high value projects which are based in central London. This is a full-time position with an excellent package and the opportunity to work on a wide variety of notable projects.

What the role entails:

Some of the main duties of the Site Agent will include:

• Ensuring site mobilisation and project delivery

• Managing site plant, labour and materials

• Responsible for permitting, licences and permissions

• Liaising with stakeholders to ensure engagement

• Liaising with subcontractors as required

• Ensuring documented Safe Systems of Work are in place and adhered to

• Monitoring site resources and costs to ensure maximum efficiency

• Managing quality of work and compliance to quality plan

• Completing and maintaining site records

• Responsibility for health and safety on site and promoting a positive safety culture

• Utilising internal procurement IT systems

What experience you need to be the successful Site Agent:

The successful candidate will have prior experience as a site engineer, existing highway infrastructure as well as experience working with local authorities. A CSCS - Black Card is essential, and you will be self-motivated, organised and able to work under pressure.
