Brief
Site Agent /Package Manager needed for a well-known construction organisation based in London who are looking to employ an experienced and well-rounded Package Manager that takes pride in their work with an in-depth knowledge and understanding of structural steel, cladding and facades/glazing.
The successful candidate must have an SMSTS qualification along with a CSCS card!

What the role entails:
Some of the main duties of the Site Agent will include:
As an Agent/Package Manager you will be reporting to the Senior Package Manager and be leading the management of various sub-contractor packages such as the station structural steelworks, cladding, façade and glazing and its interfaces with other work packages, MEP, fit out, urban realm etc.
What experience you need to be the successful Site Agent:
- CSCS
- SMSTS
- Degree qualified
- Ideally, major civils/infrastructure projects
- Specific work experience with structural steelworks, cladding, façade and glazing works
