Title: Site Manager
Duration: 12 months
Location: West Yorkshire
Rate: £250-300 per day (outside of IR35)
An experienced Site Manager with a solid background in the construction industry is currently required by a main contractor on a 12-month contract basis.
The Site Manager will be based on an exciting new school build project which is valued circa £10m and due for completion in late 2025.
Duties
- Support the Senior Site Manager in day-to-day operations, ensuring the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site teams to maintain smooth workflow and efficient use of resources.
- Monitor and enforce health and safety protocols, ensuring a safe working environment for all.
- Assist in managing site documentation, including progress reports, schedules, and quality control records.
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure expectations are met and any issues are promptly addressed.
Candidate
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, health and safety regulations, and site management.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage on-site teams.
- Highly organized, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field are desirable.
