An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Site Manager to join an award winning residential developer on a major mixed use development based in West London. They will be based on an exciting 5 year scheme which is valued at circa £400m and comprises of residential towers, leisure, retail, leisure and commercial space.
The Site Manager will be responsible for working on external envelope and internal fit out works so they will need to be able to demonstrate all round experience especially within these areas.
The Site Manager will need to demonstrate experience of internal and external build, a strong developer background and a track record of working on large residential projects, preferably with high rise experience.

Candidate
- CSCS card, SMSTS
- Construction related qualification - Degree/HND/HNC
- Must have external and internal build experience
- Strong track record working with a leading developer
- Previous experience working on large residential developments
- Byldis system experience would be a distinct advantage but not essential
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Programming and planning experience
- Proven record of delivering high standards or work
- Stable career history is essential
Interviews will be conducted via Skype or Microsoft Teams due to current climate and will be conducted over the following 1-2 weeks.
On offer is a very competitive basic salary of between £55-65,000 (dependent upon experience) per annum plus an attractive benefits package which includes a company car or annual car allowance, pension, healthcare, life assurance, private medical, 34 days annual leave plus a great flexible benefits scheme.
