Windows Automation Engineer
£45,000 - £50,000 + Benefits....

Skills needed:
*Ability to achieve UK SC Clearance (UK Passport holder)
Previous experience as a Windows Automation Engineer or similar role.
* Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and administration.
* Proficiency in DevOps practices and tools, including CI/CD pipelines.
* Hands-on experience with Ansible for configuration management.
* Advanced scripting skills in PowerShell.
* Experience with Terraform for infrastructure as code.
* Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
* Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
* Experience with agile methodologies and product management principles
* Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Typical Duties:
* Design, develop, and maintain automation scripts and tools to streamline Windows infrastructure management.
* Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient and reliable product delivery.
* Utilize Ansible for configuration management and automation of Windows environments.
* Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for task automation and system management.
* Use Terraform to manage infrastructure as code (IaC) and automate the provisioning of Windows resources.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and improve operational efficiency.
* Monitor and troubleshoot automation processes to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
* Apply agile methodologies to manage and deliver product increments efficiently.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in automation, DevOps, and Windows technologies.
