Work Site Foreman
Crawley
£45,000 + van & package
We are working with a busy, privately owned main contractor and they are looking for a Working Site Foreman to join their growing business. The currently have a growing pipeline of projects including refurbishments and new builds, typically valued around £1m on large homes and churches across Sussex, Kent & Surrey.
The Working Foreman will be delivering one of a number of projects and working closely with the Contracts Manager through each stage of the programme. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing a the site labour and sub-contractors
- Attending monthly site meetings with the Architects, Surveyors & the Client
- Advising the Contracts Manager and Buyers of what materials are required and when
Working Site Foreman considering this role will ideally come from a carpentry or joinery background and must have worked on similar projects in the past. You'll need a solid understanding of each phase of the construction process alongside excellent communication skills and a willingness to get involved where required.
