We are currently engaged with a London based investment firm who are in a strong financial position and continue to invest across multiple asset classes within real estate.
Their current opening is to recruit an experienced Asset Manager who has a track record and involvement within the shed/industrial/logistic space in the UK.
The firm currently have capital to invest in to this area and keen to introduce to the business an Asset Manager who will play a key role and will provide their thoughts and opinions on delivering value within this asset class.
We expect applicants will hold membership to RICS and have educated within a relevant real estate field.
