A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Associate Director with extensive experience in providing Quantum Analysis and construction expert services to join an established and highly professional city based consultancy. You'll be joining a business that specialises in providing commercial and contractual management to construction and engineering projects across the UK for leading main contractors, consultants and end users. The successful candidate will be joining the senior management team and working with a driven, focused team of consultants that provide a variety of services including expert witness & expert advisory services, claims & dispute management, quantum & delay analysis, project recovery and commercial advisory services.

The Associate Director will be working closely with the Managing Director and providing a professional, first class service through the full life cycle of each commission. A key part of your role will include securing new business from new clients and future business from their existing clientbase alongside assisting with the delivery of a number of large, ongoing commissions. The role promises exposure to a variety of clients with work across the construction, civil engineering, oil and gas, marine and aviation sectors.

• Starting salary of up to £140,000

Candidates considering this opportunity will only be considered if they have experience within the following areas:

• Extensive (10+ years) experience providing claims, dispute and/or expert services within the construction sector
• Chartered with a professional body (CIARB, RICS, MAE etc.)
• A MSc or similar in a relevant subject
• Strong networking skills with the ability to be self sufficient
• Solid permanent work history

This is a unique role that would be well suited to an experienced Quantity Surveyor operating at Associate Director level and keen on having the autonomy to undertake your own work whilst having the security of an established employer.
